Long Term Rentals in Nerja
Many of our enquiries relate to long term lets, especially long term lets over the winter, and we are very pleased to accommodate these requests, subject to availability.
These enquiries may arise from people simply choosing to winter in the sun, or, more often, from people who are coming out to look for a property to purchase. In this latter case we will try to be as flexible as possible regarding the duration of stay.
In most cases we can arrange for a discount on our normal weekly rates for such a stay, the exact amount being subject to agreeing who takes responsibility for linen and towel changes, cleaning and heating costs.
People who own pets are often reluctant to leave these behind for an extended period, and in this era of micro-chipping there is often no need to do this. Thus on many of our properties we are happy to say that ‘pets are welcome’ – in the past we have welcomed both cats and dogs.
