Nerja-Capistrano.com is the personal website Dr Henry Southworth, and describes his privately owned villas and apartments.

He is also the founder and chairman of these following companies :

BROAD COURT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LTD
A long-established Birmingham-based residential letting agent.

THE AWAY COMPANY LTD
A boutique travel company providing tourism information and travel management services.

Now semi-retired, Henry and his wife Pat spend much of their time looking after the Nerja villas and apartments that form part of his and his family’s investment portfolio, and which are managed by ‘SpainAway’, a division of The Away Company.

However while Henry’s love is Spain, his passion is Africa, and
‘Africa Away’ also reflects his commitment to developing sustainable tourism in this hugely exciting area of the world.

All bookings made through the ‘SpainAway’ division of The Away Company Ltd, receive the full financial protection provided by
The Away Company Ltd. This takes the form of a financial bonding arrangement made with The Travel Trust Association, in which all monies paid over are securely held in a trustee bank account until the holiday has been taken.
