How can I pay and when is my balance due?
You can pay with credit / debit cards and by cheque, which should be made payable
to 'The Away Company Ltd TTA Trust a/c'. The balance should be sent 10 weeks
before your holiday.
Are towels and linen provided?
Yes, when you arrive there will be fresh towels and linen. The towels will be
changed mid-week. If you are staying longer than one week, both towels and linen
will be changed at the end of the week.
What time can we go into the property on our first day?
We ask you not to arrive before 4pm, to allow time for cleaning between guests,
but if there is nobody immediately preceding you will be able to arrive at any
time.
What time do we have to vacate the property on our
last day?
We ask you to leave the property by 10am, unless there are no guests immediately
following you in.
Do I have to collect keys when I'm in the Nerja?
No, keys to the property, together with flight tickets and car hire vouchers,
if applicable, will be sent out to you, a week or so prior to you leaving.
Do you recommend car hire?
From experience, it is advantageous to have a car. However we can arrange an
airport transfer for you if you wish, and there is also an efficient local bus
service within Nerja.

Is there an iron and ironing board in the villa?
All our properties have ironing facilities.
Will my property have a washing machine?
Most of our properties do; please inquire at time of booking.
Do the properties have BBQs?
Most of the properties have a BBQ. Please inquire at the time of booking if this is important to you.
What is the weather like in Nerja?
Nerja is sunny for most of the year round, but in the winter months
it can sometimes rain and be cloudy. Nerja Weather

Who do I contact if there is a problem?
We supply the name, address and telephone number of our local managing agent
and also supply a list of emergency numbers, for police, doctor etc when we
send out your key to the property. You can always contact us if there continues
to be a problem.
