Villa Nina is a duplex property (a duplex is essentially a small villa, with all of the accommodation on one level, with a similar property underneath, set one above the other on the hillside) ideally located in the beautiful development of Oasis de Capistrano. This is an ideal property for a couple or small family, looking to enjoy a relaxing break in one of Nerja’s nicest holiday developments.

Car parking is available directly outside the front door, with just a few steps to navigate. Access to the town and its various beaches is just 5 minutes away by car, but there is also a direct pathway from the east side of the development down to Burriana Beach (Nerja’s largest beach). The view from the large sun terrace is out over the central valley region of this development, leading down to the communal swimming pool and restaurant. Magnificent views of both sea and the Sierra Almijara mountain range are provided, and there is rapid access from the development to the coast road.

The accommodation itself comprises a master double bedroom, a twin bedroom and bathroom. The essentially open plan living area contains a
well-fitted modern kitchen, dining area and living room with satellite TV, from which leads the terrace. Villa Nina is situated directly above Casa Maria, and we often let them to two families travelling together, who can thus combine close proximity with maximum privacy.
