Casa Violetas is our top property in El Capistrano, situated a few metres from the pool and with its own large private walled garden containing BBQ, table and chairs, and sun loungers. With plenty of car parking nearby and all facilities, including a small supermarket within 50-100 metres, and overlooking as it does El Capistrano’s famous fountain and fish pond, Casa Violetas probably enjoys one of the very best locations in this prime development.

The master bedroom has a large sun terrace with views of both sea and mountains, with the second bedroom also opening out onto this terrace. The property has recently been newly decorated, and is furnished to a high standard. There is a separate dining and living area, whilst the kitchen is equipped with washing machine, microwave, coffeemaker etc.

The traffic-free village environment makes the area ideally suited for families with young children, and the large garden allows plenty of space for either play or relaxation.
